Need support?

Through our RMA system, you can submit and track your forms related to calibration or repair of your equipment. To submit your request, please follow these steps:

  1. Create an account, if you don not already have one. You can create an account here.
  2. Fill in the necessary information to create your RMA order.
  3. Save it and click "Submit".

TEDS support

If your test system has problems reading the information in the new TEDS chip, please contact the manufacturer of your test system. A software update may be required.
The new TEDS chip is Dallas DS2431.
