Industry players as ourselves are subject to global as well as local rules and regulations for sourcing, manufacturing and selling.

Conflict minerals

GRAS Sound & Vibration have a responsible sourcing policy to avoid purchasing materials and components that contain minerals, specifically the metals tantalum, tin, tungsten and gold, obtained from conflict sources. We are currently working with our suppliers to collect details on the sources of GRAS materials and components containing conflict minerals using the CFSI's Conflict Minerals Reporting Template.

While GRAS currently do not have direct access to information regarding where all our suppliers procure raw material, processed materials and components, it is our goal to assess our suppliers for their ability to provide reliable data regarding the country of origin for conflict minerals.

In the event that minerals from conflict sources are found in the GRAS supply chain, appropriate actions will be taken in a timely manner to resolve the situation.
